• Vegetable Salad

This is our first time to make some food , in food production subject, im very interest to make it as my post, and the first I will tell about vegetable salad, vegetable salad made from some vegetable, like a carrot slice, lettuce slice, and also mayonnaise

How to make mayonnaise ??

Ingrediendts :

• 1 Egg Yolk
• 200cc Shallot Oil
• 1tsp Mustard
• L&P Sauce 
• Salt

Method of cooking :

• Put 1 egg yolk on the mixing bowl,
• Put 1 tsp Mustard
• Stir it until all of ingredients mix all
• Add some shallot oil
• Seasoning 

That is our result im with Shelby and Dhita make it simple but look like high class food,
