CUISINE ( DAGING GULUNG ALA SUSHI )

 For today im get the job, on the Sumerecon Serpong, to be assistant chef in thats event, for 3 day more i will be ass chef, and thats make me proud to my self, because from it, i can be learn more about culinary, specifictly cuisine.


 The fiest day, in there, i had been to try my meal favorite, that is sushi, im really like sushi, because ingredients of sushi made from any  vegetable, and im really like any vegetable, to make sushi, im talking with the chef whos incharge in sushi stand, and i  talk to chef "i want to try to make sushi directly, and im so happy the chef permite me to make sushi directly, the chef is so kindly, im happy i can make my favorite meals today, and i will try it in my boarding house,


 To make sushi we only need little ingredients such as, nori, cucumbar, japanesse rice ( recomended ), and also beef, and to make sushi im only blanching carrot, and saute the beef, after that, put the nori in sushi maker, and the put some rice on the top of nori, after that put all of vegetable and beef on the top of rice, and then rolled it, and cutting it ( sliced ),,
