(TRAVEL ) TIPS FOR THE TRAVELLERS


A. Before travelling, make sure the condition of your body in good health / fitness.
2. If the condition of your body are not in good health / fitness, before a long trip, try it first and for MORNING BREAKFAST DRINK MILK / HONEY. For any who are in good health, it also should not be underestimated.
3. For those of you who traveled far to use land, sea or air, drink Antimo (hehe, not promotion, it usually has a mandatory ritual for visitors  :)
4. Buy SALONPAS your stomach around the navel, it is useful to warm up and maintain your body's condition so as not to catch cold when traveling away. (These tips that I can from my parents', hehhe)
5. If already in a vehicle (buses, ships), get your body moving on, do not just sit still. This is because the body of a person who moves on, stamina and concentration of mind is likely to increase either so it does not lead to easy drunk.
6. Look at the scenery around the journey, and invite your friends sat talking or sharing your / your immediate family.
7. Do not read the paper / article / story in a state when the vehicle is running, this will lead to dizziness and tired mind and your eyes.
8. Do not forget to pray, it is most important to survive until the destination and return home.
